I reached out to this company expressing that the product I got did not meet my standards. First of all I literally grabbed the package out from the delivery man (was not sitting outside). Upon getting the bottle it was warm. Keeping the bottle in a controlled environment is important to help sustain the fragrance. I expressed my concerns that the smell was not to my liking and it gave off a old vanilla smell. The company told me that I would lose a 25% restocking fee if returned and I am in charge of the shipping label. The other option was to buy a totally new fragrance (not exchange) and receive a 30% voucher. I do not want to spend another $100 for a new fragrance and keep the old one. I was not satisfied with the product so I either wanted my full refund or a totally new fragrance but at no expense. I wanted to exchange the one I had. That was not an option so this company is a thumbs down for me. This is what I get for trying a new fragrance company. Will not make that mistake again.
