Belgravia Scents – Return & Refund Policy


1. Return Window


You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

2. Eligibility & Fees

Sealed & Unopened: Returns accepted with a full refund (terms & conditions apply).

Opened Product: Returns accepted, subject to a 25% restocking fee (based on list price, not promotional price) to cover inspection, handling, and safe disposal (opened products cannot be resold).

Terms & Conditions for Unopened Products:

Products must be in the same condition as originally received. Items that are damaged, broken, altered, or not in their original packaging will not qualify for a refund.

3. Return Authorized Shipping Label

Due to the hazardous nature of our products, return shipments must use our authorized prepaid return label. Customers may not use their own labels for returns.

4. Return Process

Please complete the Return Form on our website at: https://belgraviascents.com/pages/refund

On the form, you will:

Submit your return request (order details, reason, etc.)

Complete the payment for the prepaid return label

Once payment has been made, the return shipping label will be sent to your email address.

Print and attach the label, then send the item back to us.

Once received and inspected:

Unopened items: Full refund (terms & conditions apply).

Opened items: Refund issued within 3–5 business days, minus the 25% restocking fee.

5. Exceptions

Promotional items, discovery sets, and samples are non-returnable.

Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for refund or exchange.

6. Refund Timeline

All valid refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of product received and inspection.
