Returns Policy

Please complete the Return Form on our website at: https://belgraviascents.com/pages/refund On the form, you will: Submit your return request (order details, reason, etc.) Complete the payment for the prepaid return label Once payment has been made, the return shipping label will be sent to your email address. Print and attach the label, then send the item back to us. Once received and inspected: Unopened items: Full refund (terms & conditions apply). Opened items: Refund issued within 3–5 business days, minus the 25% restocking fee.
