For a luxury product, the process ought to be classy from order to delivery. it is insulting to your brand when you package an order with used box with tapes to cover the previous postage, and to hold the box together. Also, two of the sample bottles are halfway because they leaked into the package. One of the main bottles also leaked on the bottle. The scents are not bad, I like the Majestic.
